Trouble Signing in ?



1. The Username may not be activated.

FIX: Look for the "Intuality Registration Confirmation" email that was sent to your Registration Email Address and try to login with the Username and Password in that email.

NOTE: Make sure you check your Spam folder(s).



2. Passwords are CASE sensitive.

FIX: Make sure "CAPS LOCK" and "NUM LOCK" are off and then try it again.



3. Multiple Registration attempts from the same IP address.

FIX: Registrations have to be from a unique Email and IP address, if you already have registered but can't find your "Intuality Registration Confirmation" email, use the "Password Reset" option below and look for the "Intuality Password Reset Confirmation" email with your Username and New password.

NOTE: Make sure you check your Spam folder(s).



4. Reset Password.

FIX: Enter the Username you selected in your original registration and click "Reset Password" below.

5. Bad Email in my Registration.

FIX: Enter the Username you selected in your original registration and Enter the Correct Email Address you want to use then click "Update and Reset" below. Look for the "Intuality Password Reset Confirmation" email with your Username and New Password. This must be done from the SAME IP address as the original registration.

NOTE: Make sure you check your Spam folder(s).

6. I tried everything but still need help.

FIX: Send email to Customer Support at support@intualityai.com and describe your problem.
